I don't know if this is what you want but I did a Google search and came up with the 1950 Act.

Hi all, thanks for the links, got what I need I think. OH - I thought electronic paper would put an end to all that rummaging amongst paper to find my files but no...computer just as messed up as my desk so the kids got me this nifty USB stick thingy in disguise
