I thought the Forum had banned me !

Recently I reactivated my KG subscription online after it expired. Yesterday I received an unexpected hose pipe spray from Mortons and used the website "Contact Us" form to enquire whether this was a Free Gift or it had been sent in error. The next thing I know, a big sign flashes up on the computer saying "ACCESS DENIED. You are banned from this site for Abuse" Thereafter, I couldn't access the Forum, or even the website, getting a message that I was denied permission.
I was pretty upset and thought I must have been banned for talking about "sh*te" and swallows on one of the threads.
I have subsequently contacted the Website Administrator who explained that because of major abuse by spammers, the IT Department had set up a blocking mechanism which had inadvertedly affected me. He has now kindly "unblacked" me, so I'm back again. I must confess, it felt pretty horrible being a social pariah and wondering what I'd done that was bad enough to get me an ASBO.

Glad to see you're back successfully. I can confirm that we did get your message about your subscription and are looking into it. You should send a PM to KGadmin if you have any further problems!

Dear Primrose, you would be the last person to get banned from the forum, as you're far to nice. :)

As for me now, thats an entirely different matter.

Ahh welcome Primrose :)

It was a pleasure talking to you.

Just to confirm the hose & spray nozzle you got when you renewed is a free gift - and part of the current offer open to ALL UK readers who subscribe / renew right now.

Any more problems do drop me a PM

But if you're banned, you can't send a PM, can you?

Thanks again. It was so nice to phone somebody and get a REAL voice - and a helpful one too. All I seem to get when I ring somebody with a query these days is a recorded announcement or a call centre in India with somebody who doesn't know the answer to my problem.
