Does anyone have either 'Cottage Gradens' or 'Paradise Gardens' on video and would be willing to send me a copy (all postage and time costs paid for of course). It would be even better if anyone could send a copy on dvd.

They are both on Ebay - I just checked. If you just want to watch them and not own a copy your local library should have copies for you to borrow. Good luck.
