to late for onion sets?

Hi - have just been handed 2 nets of unnamed onion sets. Sets are firm and look good - I have the room, is it too late to bother putting them in?

Not to late, Sue. Get them in the ground right away. You won't get a crop of large onions but the smaller ones are much more useful (and tastier) in the kitchen.
