I read in an old KG that you could do this. Has anybody tried? What are the sowing/transplanting times? I grow my leeks in modules, 2-3 seeds each.
Thanks, Sandy

Yes, I follow broads with leeks most years, fits nicely into the planting calandar. I sow leeks in pots to grow on until they are pencil thick and then transplant.

So pull up early braod beans in July and dig over and plant out the leeks that were sown in late April as a rough guide.

Seems to work for me.
