A friend of mine doesn't have one.

One of my brothers doesn't either.

Grock doesn't exactly own one. It's works and only used for work purposes so you could say she doesn't own one.

Wish I didn't, I just get involved on the lottie and the thing rings. I should switch it off really.

Our phone only moves when we dust underneath it.

Mrs D lost her mobile phone somewhere at the farm so I lent her mine but she carries it most of the time.
Practically speaking I don't have one now but I still own one.

Well so far OH and me are the only ones to state we do not have one. The rest of you are just pretending - you've either got one or you haven't.

How useful are mobile phones? You may have read this

Did the daft prat's phone save him, or nearly kill him :?:

Now come on :!: So far only me and OH haven't actually got one.
So to up the ante, we have never had a microwave either.

But then, thinking back, there was a time not so long ago when we did not own a car, a TV, a phone, a dishwasher (still don't), a washing machine, a computer, a digital camera, etc etc.

I fully admit to owning and using a mobile phone.

For years I operated my business without one successfully but was pressured by business colleagues to buy one as they couldn't get hold of me easily.

They do have their uses and I get maybe one or two calls a day. These are business contacts only as the number is not given to my customers...they are encouraged to use my landine

The younger people (well younger than me and that's not difficult) seem to spend all of their waking time using mobile telephones...children/teenagers especially.

Have you noticed how many drivers are still using mobile telephones whilst driving?
