At the Muirhead Avenue entrance to the main car park in Croxteth Park, the council are giving away bags of compost tomorrow. Turn up with your bag and a member of staff will shovel. Also doing a great deal on compost bins. 350l for a tenner with free delivery. They're also giving away the large purple recycling boxes if you haven't got one already.
