I have two small ponds and in the upper one I grow watercress, the water is kept moving by a pump and waterfall combination. I have made ushe mistake of buying cheapish pumps and they eventually fail in continous use, can anyone recommend a brand / supplier?

I've always found Lotus pumps to be very good.

I have found these to be so helpful over the years, if you phone up, you get to speak to someone that knows what their talking about.
The first pump i bought off them went wrong after 11 months, but there was no bad feeling from them, they replaced the pump, and also payed for the postage to send the old one back.

I think nearly all the pumps now come with a three year warranty.
One more thing i forgot to mention, they are about half price compared to the garden centers.
