Suttons Grow Easy

Have any one tried Suttons Grow easy seeds,either the tape or pads?
I saw them in a garden centre on Sunday and wondered if it was a good idea as the seeds are spaced out and would cut down on time transplanting.

I used seed tape for spring onions last year and they worked fine, and I've got some carrot seed tape this year as I thought it would be a lot easier for my 4 year old to use!
