I'll sign it Tigger I'm such a Grumpy Old Woman these days I'm up for signing virtually anything that protests against the erosion of the civilised way of life we used to enjoy in this country.
In fact I might even post our own petition which has just been launched to protect our village library against a massive cutback in opening hours !!
