Contaminated compost

I have just been given access to lots of good quality horse manure. The problem is that it is contaminated with dog pooh from the dogs that live around the stables. Will this cause any harm if applied to my land? A lot of the horse manure has broken down completely into a dark, wet compost, which looks really good. So, what are the issues here?

If the horse manure has rotted down well, then the heat from that decomposition should have rotted the dog pooh.

If you can still recognise dogturds in it as you shovel seperate and bag them for disposal, or leaving with the pile.

Only issues I can think of are putting you digits in a dog turd while gardening and toxicara (aka worms).
