Having just done a bit of trawling around on the ' net I have found a very good value(AKA cheap in Yorkshire!! :D )mail order seed site.

www.alanromans.co.uk/

In the past I have used Kings seeds howvever all seeds at Alan Romans are only 50p a packet whatever the variety.

Has anyone had any experience of these seeds? and am I getting value for money? or is it 'You get what you pay for'
thanks
Craig

They are good quality. The reason they're so cheap is that you only get the foil packet, no pretty paper packet with instructions on the back. I've used them and would recommend them heartily. You just have to know or be able to find out what to do with them. Their range was a little limited the last I looked, too.

The range is limited to the "old favourites" and nothing much else. Basic cultivation info is on Alan's website.

Hi
I agree with Jenny. The seeds are of very good quality, and seem to keep well, too, because I have had extremely good germination again from seeds kept over from last year. I, too, would recommend them.
