what do i do with my leeks now?

i have got some sprouting from my leek seeds,what do i do with them now??
do i thin them out?

I grow mine thickly in deep pots. When they are big enough to handle (at least 4" high and as thick as a decent blade of grass) I transplant around half into new pots, spaced about 1" apart. You can get a fair few in each pot.
When the weather's warm enough and they are much, much bigger I plant them out by dibbing a deep hole, dropping them in and watering them in (do not fill with soil).
I find that by doing things this way I get nice big leeks, plus other smaller ones so there's a size for every use.
Everyone has a different method with leeks, but this one works for me.

I plant the whole pot of seedlings out into ground - without the pot but still in the shape of the pot, if you know what I mean - cover them with fleece and then plant them out singly, like Chantal, when it 's warmer and they are bigger.

I'm with Chantal - I put them into the ground by dibbing with water.
