I've been invited to a HOGmanay Party on 18 February which is advertised as being a "crackling" good do. And this from the Institution of Civil Engineers! Kung Hei Fat Choy

We go to China Town in Liverpool and it is fabulous. All the ceremonies take place around the Chinese Arch and within the Chinese community. All the restaurants are open, there are markets, fire crackers, drummers, dragons the whole shabang.

It's all good fun and there's always a hog roast on the go

I'll try and take piccies Jopsy but the place is jammed, around 60,000 people in a fairly small area. Half the time you can't see anything. I'll try my best though

I spoke to her the other day and Grock sends her love to you. She's been busy working and she's had a nasty case of Scale Rot which has spread to all the Grocklets. Not pleasent

Poor old Grock, she does seem to get more than her fair share of bad luck.
But i bet shes done somethings to deserve it.
