Why can't I sign the petition ? I have filled in the box,name address, email ect.many times,clicked the sign in bit butstill haven't managed to get through.
Also what do sticky and locked mean?

No I didn't get an email when I filled in the petition box, and none have gone into the bulk or trash box either as I have checked.578 names have been able to sign it why not me, I put my name in, email address, confirmed email,home address and post code and then clicked on sign many times. Thanks Peter for explaining what sticky and Locked means
