Hi all
I took these the other week and thought I would share them with you. They are taken in Croxteth Coutry Park where I walk Chiefie. Also some photos of Chiefie doing what he does bes, getting mucky and having fun!!!! Croxteth Country Park is situated about 4 miles from the city centre. Hope you all like them

They're lovely Lizzie - makes me realise how I've got out of the habit of taking photos, mainly 'cos I never look at them.
Must try harder.

I wouldn't mind getting into photography. I enjoy it so why not!!!!
The camera is a digital one I borrowed off my mum. I might save up and buy one for myself. Then, I could go to where Herby lives and lurk in the undergrowth, and snap a photo of Herby.
Oh, the realms of possibility that opens up to me

Lizzie,
Your dog is so cute. If you ever decide you dont want him ,he can come and live with me and my dog Harry.
The photos are lovely. Looks like a relaxing place to walk.

I'm really proud of the photos. I just kept taking them. There's this really fabulous tree there, must be about 400 years old and it's runk and braches go everywhere, all split and knarled. If you look carefully, you can see the shadow of a Green Man that may have been carved in the trunk many years ago.
There's another tree in Calderstones park I wouldn't mind taking a picture of. It's a thousand years old and the Azizes used to be held under the boughs of the tree. If the prisoners were convicted, they were hung there and then. The tree is still growing and still healthy, just supported by props cos it's so big. A beautiful thing though.

YOU CAN'T HAVE MY CHIEFIE!!!!
He is cute though. He's so funny. I think he'd like Harry. They could both have a good roll in the mud

Perhaps we should have a 'walk your dog day' with our daft hounds. I know mine would love it.

Good idea Tigger
Chiefie would love that. If it's muddy, he's there. He can hold his breath under water for 1min 32 seconds. We timed him today while he was looking for his ball he dropped in the stream
He likes to do handbrake turns on the falling leaves too.
When did you used to go there Jopsy?

Rosie's too old to do "dog" walking, but I could put a harness on Rocky
I can see it now, the "KG sponsored "dog" walk"; perhaps we could do a combination "moonwalk"/dogwalk and all walk in our underwear.
Nice photo's Lizzie.
Going to take some sedatives now...
