I have a question....

very shortly I will be collecting some stable manure containing straw and wood shavings....an allotment colleague has already done this and I heard someone say to him...."wood shavings...Oh No....you will get club root"

I haven't heard of this have you?

hi i doubt it very much you may get a lot of chick weed depends on what its been eating the horse that is. club root are spores that live in the gound. if you use shavings make sure they are well rotted
