Cider apple - Cadbury

I am looking for an old cider apple tree variety named Cadbury, as described in "A Somerset Pomona" by Liz Copas, to add to our orchard. I have tried Thornhayes nursery at Cullompton, but at present it is not viable to graft a single specimen. Does anyone have any ideas regarding other possible suppliers, or do I have to go and try grafting it myself?
If so, can anyone suggest a supplier of a suitable rootstock, I do have access to take a graft from an old existing tree of that variety.
Is this an easy process as I have no experience of propagating fruit trees.
Any advice, help, and tips would be appreciated.

if you cant find rootstock, you could graft onto another apple tree leave a few years for the new bit to establish then cut out most or all of the other origional apple.
