What crops should I plant in the borders of my un-heated greenhouse once I clear my tomatoes and peppers? :D

Reasons as well as suggestions please, I need to visualise the plate as well as the plant.

I have given my list several times in the past but briefly those that come to mind are cos lettuce, mizuna and other japanese greens, spring onions, rocket, small leeks, winter and other radish, pak choi, watercress, montia perfoliata (winter purslane) some salad carrots, polycress, broad beans The Sutton, rhubarb if you can find a corner space (permanent).
For planting outside next year:- Japanese onions, cabbage Spring Hero

Reason, I grow all these succesfully, sorry can't cope with them all again individually.
