Ok, I'm getting ready to start sorting my xmas give aways of jams, chutneys etc. This year I have made various jams, green tomato chutney, preserved lemons, pickled nesurtium seeds, and plums preserved in brandy. Any other unique and yummy ideas? What are the things your friends and families request every year from you? Please brag all you like about your specialities but include recipie details if possible!

I get the most requests for the Hot Chilli Jelly and now the Apple Chilli Jelly.

I'm also making Beetroot Chutney and have stored a load of Spicy Tomato Chutney, Bullace Jam, Pickled Shallots, Plum Chutney and loads of different jams.

All the recipes are on here apart from Bullace Jam and that's exactly as other jams, 50:50 fruit and sugar.

By the time Christmas arrives I'll be worn out but at least the present situation is sorted out.
