Nope. Not even sprout wine.

I don't smoke anymore either. Haven't had one now for a whole week. Very pleased with myself.

On the down side, I have eaten an awful lot of cream cakes. Jeans feel a bit tight!!!

I'll start on the healthy bit again tomorrow. I've got to find a new bad habit now.

well i drink-a bit, mainly wine
i have never smoked
i eat less chocolate than i used to and need to lose another half a stone
just buy bigger jeans!!

Nooooooooooooo, i've lost 3 stone amd an nearly at where I want to be. It's not good for me to gain weight. Bad for my bones. I need to stop snacking on cake.

It's psychological now cos i'm not even craving a cigarette, just carbs!!!!

No, Lizzies got to start being a good girl now. For a change :shock:

Before the last but one surgery I was 13 stone. Lost a stone with healthy eating.

After last surgery I went down to 10 stone, losing 2 stone in 8 days.

Have kept that off ever since but would like to go down to 9-9 and a half stone cos i'm not very tall. Fed up looking like a weeble

My dearest female friend from school, is now a deputy head at a secondary, but I still remember the night when for a £5 bet, she ran starkers round the outside of a static caravan at a campsite near Yarmouth. :shock:

We tried to lock her out :twisted:
