I kept drifting in and out of sleep and I could think about was stewing plums! Probably brought on by the quantity of plums I have made into jam and chutney and the crate of damsons (plus another tree full) yet to go. If that's excitement I'm leading too sheltered a life.

I don't know about exciting, it sounds idyllic.
Work & exams keep me awake at night.Believe me, I'd rather be thinking about damsons & plums!
I hope you getter a better night's sleep tonight..

Yup, just had TWO good nights' sleep and feel bright eyed any bushy tailed. I have both the dishwasher and washing machine on the go, a batch of chutney on the cooker, a day working from home (ie do it when I like ie when it's dark) and all is good with the world.

I hope you sleep well too.

Thats more like the Chantal we all know.
The bushy tail bit, does that mean you were a bunny girl in your younger days.
Kind regards Old Herbaceous.

Ooooh OH,
Do I see another hole appearing!! I should tread very, verrrry carefully.
As a penance you should come to Malvern on the said Show Day.

I agree JB. He should come along to Malvern. I don't think he wants to cos:
1. He might have to give up his Old Herbaceous alter ego and give us the REAL Herby
2. He's too chicken to meet Grock
3. He might have to keep his promise to me
Herby is a scardy cat, Herby is a scardy cat

I would really love to come to Malvern, i must admit, we will have to see.
Theres nothing i would like more than meeting all of you lot, and i'm not any different in reel life than i am on here, maybe not quite so rude to people in reel life but just as cheeky.
The biggest problem i have is that this is a very busy time of the year for me, and i know it will take at least three days to recover from the ear bashing i will receive from you lot, amongst other things
One more problem i have is i always get tounge tied when i meet celebrities, so i don't know what i would say to Chantal.
As for Grock, it would be a pleasure to meet a real lady.
And as for you young Lizzie i never brake promises.
Kind regards Old Herbaceous.

havnt got a clue what this thred is about but that might be down to having 10 hours sleep this week as ive been doing my day job and doing nights with me homless chums due to the fact that my daughter (14) needs a brace and has been on the n.h.s list since she was 10,now that she is next in line for the brace they have now told us that we have to pay 1500 pounds so she dosnt look like nanny mc phee.hooray for the n.h.s
