I have just come by some seed but don't have any garden, just lots of concrete. Is it possible to grow sprouts in pots? I have some 15" ones - how many plants per pot?

Hi JazzDuke,
I grew Brussells ("Fillbasket") in pots a couple of years ago - one plant to a 12inch pot, in multi-purpose compost from B&Q, with occasional seaweed feeds - and got a very acceptable crop in time for Christmas. I would'nt risk putting more than one plant in each pot, though, because they seem to need such a lot of room.

Make sure you support the pot and plant as they could get top heavy and blow over in a breeze.

On the other hand, maybe pampering them in pots will help them thrive, whereas being in a normal plot they wouldn't. If that makes sense.
