Dear Jopsy, i bet you won't forgive me this time.
Chitting potatoes really means when you leave them in the light until you get little sprouts appear where the eyes are.

I'm going to the oyster festival tomorrow in Woburn,
i think i might try a few of those slimy critters.

i've never tried them before so i don't know how i'll get on.

I'm sure you would enjoy the festival, if not the oysters, it makes for quite a pleasant day, and then theres all that wine.
