black currants

could any one tell me wht my black currants have got they were fine at first then the leaves get white mould on them after a time this goes brown and leaves die off but new shoots grow whih are nice nd green but same thing happens again and up to yet there is no fruit or buds showing what is this nd what can i do or use to get rid of this thanks
