Blossom end rot on tomatoes

Can't identify that mould? Got a great tip for keeping slugs at bay? Suggestions for organic weed control? Post them here...

One of my greenhouse tomato plants got blossom end rot on the second truss, and I removed the whole truss. Will the rest of the plant be OK - the bottom trusses are so lovely I should hate to get rid of the whole plant :cry:

Blossom end rot is caused by irregular watering leading to ,I believe calcium shortage?,help me out someone,is that right? Anyway,it's not a disease or fungus that spreads so don't remove the fruit a lot of them will be usable for cooking etc. when you remove the black end.
Sort out the watering and it should not develop on the other trusses.
