Is there a more irritating presenter on the wireless than Elain Page? I swear that if I hear that false giggle again, I'l scream and I'l scream till I'm sick! Music is great, but that woman!!!!!!!
Sunday afternoon used to be wonderful on radio 2, but for some reason the powers that be got rid of Desmond Carrington, and replaced him with HER. Lulu was OK, but now there is top of the pops, and Stewpot has been changed for Johnny Walker, who was good on weekdays, but no equal to Ed Stewart on Sunday afternoons.
Or am I just getting old?

Listen to Radio 4. It has the Food Programme and Gardener's Question Time on Sunday afternoons. Far more interesting and informative than Radio 2 any day.

Huh, my oldest friend is Director of Weekends for Radio One.

I don't listen to it though.
