Got a Garantia composter from a plot that was not being used, it needed new hinges so contacted Gardentech about sourcing replacement hinges.

The were happy to supply them free of charge even though I pointed out I did not buy original unit from them.

Replacement parts arrived totally free of postage.

Well done to the Garden Tech Customer Service Team.

Now that’s good, Colin….there are still good companies out there!
