Strimmer won’t spin

Hi I’m new to this site and looking for advice.I have a Sanli gts26 strimmer and the head won’t spin I’ve enclosed some pics of the machine and gear head I’m wondering if something is missing as it dosnt look like the holes won’t match up for it not to work any advice would be appreciated

I assume you mean the engine runs but doesn't turn the strimmer head. There will be a flexible shaft inside the tube that needs to engage with the engine and the head. Can you separate the tube from the engine and try and work out which end is not engaging or alternatively if it is actually broken.

Sorry Geoff for not replying i Havnt been able to get on line
Ive managed to free it now unless it does it again when i go to use the machine just waiting on a new throttle trigger as the other one snapped when it fell of the table
