Grape variety advice!

My grapes are mature but every year disappoint with tiny fruit. I have followed the advice of both guys that have worked the 'vine yard plot' but my one black & one white just don't want to play, so looking for a new variety of each as I think a decade is enough time for them to mature! I don't want to put them in the tunnel so they will be outside but thinking I might use the fence between the tunnel & plot 2 so they might get some more radiated warmth & protection from the wind?
Any ideas of a reliable variety? Any idea's about removing the old ones appreciated as well as the guru guys both said difficult to remove so wondering about using those 'plug things' to drill in when I cut them down? Most reliable one of plug thing would be useful as well.
Cheers in advance as usual!
