Cat food packaging

I often like to browse online supermarket products. I like eating fish and so often recently I've been "Ooh, I fancy that!" Only to discover it's cat food. 
Why? Are cats very clever at responding to adverts? Are cats even discerning diners? Why make a product more appealing to a cat than a consumer/purchaser like me?
My cat doesn't even have a computer. Actually I don't even have a cat.
And I've seen some artwork that sells for millions and I'm thinking "my cat could do better than that". What to do?
