I live in open rural area of the fens. But we do have a few herds of roe deer in the area. My garden is fenced, so they are not normally an issue. But they have decided to chomp my OH sorbus in front of the house. We have put up some obstructive mesh around the tree (so attractive!) but I was wondering if there was anything to do about/ apply the bark chewed off to help the tree? It is only a few years old and we would hate to lose it.

Interesting under 'Monitor the Wound', it states for Pus??? Is there a specific tree pus? Strange terminology? Anyway I was wondering about Heal & Seal, I use it to cover the cut off bits when I cut out the canker on the Apple Trees branches & trunk.
