We holidayed there often, then we lived there for ten years. I've done several Thai cookery courses in Thailand. And when we lived in Kyiv one of my best friends was the Thai chef at the Hyatt hotel. I know a wee bit about the subject, so, if anyone wanted to talk about it maybe I could help. :D

I will make a green or red curry but have to tone down the heat big time. As we had so many international nurses we had a do for everyone to bring something from their country for the table & had a disco. One of the Fillipino's bought those eggs with the chick in it, the Indian girl's curry made my eyes water when I opened the Tupperware box & I really had a hard time identifying some of the things. I stuck with the sausage rolls & Lamington's. :)
