Since the demise of Wallis Seeds I have been looking and have found,I think, a company whose charges for seed packets,postal charges(85p).and varying quantities match that of Wallis although they do not have the variety which Wallis had.
The company is Seekay Horticultural Supplies (seekay.co.uk) and well worth a look,especially anyone on a budget.
