Houseplant identification - sorry nothing to do with the kitchen garden

Two simple questions:- what is this? It has succulent type, swollen leaves, if that is the correct description and thick woody stems, tree like.
And - any tips on care? We move it from inside to outside for the summer and back indoors when the weather gets cooler (i.e. a month ago)
My guess is very little watering through the winter but the soil is very dry at the moment.

Hi Geoff
Thank you. When I searched "money plant" the results didn't look at all similar.

It is a fine specimen. But the volunteer who used to care for it no longer comes to the shelter.
It has certainly survived in situations where light is low but does get taken outside in summer, where it gets plenty.

My instinct would be to water lightly now and leave u til the soil looks very dry again. If it,s indoors, spraying the leaves to remove any dust which builds up on them will help keep it looking healthy. Guess the amount and regularity f watering needed could depend whether "indoors" is a centrally heated environment or a greenhouse/poly tunnel/conservatory type of environment.

Yes, Crassula is a succulent, so water sparingly. :)
