I found a white moth on my peas. It had gossamer white wings, with black spots, an orange thorax, and a white body with black spots.Nearby there was a cluster of green eggs, which seemed as if they were glued together. Any one help, please.

Well it isn't the dreaded Pea Moth that fills pods with white grubs

With patience you might be able to identify it on this site.

Could it be this? My insect book says abdomen yellow but picture is more orange.

Thank you. Looks just like it. Lucky I saw the eggs also, which are now destroyed. They seemed as if they were glued together, and wee hard to squash!
