Honey Carrots and Cumin

Hi folks, try this one. Sorry this is a bit vague but I don't have any measurements. It's just made to your own taste.


Ingredients


Baby Carrots
Honey to taste
Cumin to taste
Salt and pepper
Water

Method

[b]Scrub carrots and place in a double foil bag.

Gently fry off the cumin seeds until they are aromatic. Add to the carrots with honey, salt and pepper and enough water to creat a steam.

Close the foil bag securly, making sure the corners are turned up as this makes it easier to get the bag off a baking tray.

Place in a moderate oven for about half an hour.

Serve with whatever takes your fancy.[b]
