New Potato Salad with Mustard Dill Dressing (Low Fat)

With the talk of dill, new potatoes and barbeques, I was reminded of one of my favourite potato salad recipes. A different and low fat twist on the standard potato salad. From the Australian Womens Weekly Series - 'Low-fat Cooking'.

New Potato Salad with Mustard Dill Dressing (Low Fat)

24 baby (1kg) new potatoes
1/3 cup (80ml) low-fat sour cream
1/3 cup (80ml) low-fat yoghurt
1 tsp chopped fresh dill (I add more, as I love it!)
1 tbsp seeded mustard
2 tbsp no-oil herb and garlic dressing

Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until just tender; drain, cool. Combine potatoes with combined remaining ingredients in bowl. Toss gently.
Serves 6
