Hello, recently started gardening. I bought a garden wheelbarrow, used it for a few days, and it got a flat tire. Could you tell me in such a case I need to buy new wheel or can be as the be sealed? I have this model - Marathon-Duall

That looks like a manufacturing failure to me, split where the valve has joined into the tube. Take it back or send the supplier and/or manufacturer these photographs and see what they say.

Agreed. The adhesive has failed.
If it is brand new, they should certainly replace it. Just send them the pictures.
For the time being, the simplest, quickest and least troublesome approach is a bicycle puncture repair kit.
