Wild parakeets

We're having a lot of wild parakeets visiting our bird feeders these winter days now food has become scarce but I was surprised today, as well as seeing streaks of green fly into the garden, to see a flash of yellow. One of the visiting parakeets had canary yellow plumage and was markedly different from all the rest. I tried to get a photo of it but it was obviously nervous on the birdfeeders and didn't stay long before before flying off. I will look out for in in case it visits again.
I know some birds do vary in some ways from the normal plumage of their species but it,a surely unusual to have one with plumage of a comp, geeky different colour. It was obviously flying around as part of the visiting flock so not a loner.
