Forgive us, we're trying (very trying, I know...) to get an Avator up, as it were, and need a dummy-run to test it out.
Trousers decided General Chatter was the place to do it. Why, I can't imagine.... but "now that we're here!... could you just bear with us maybe?!"
Promise to post this kind of thing in proper slot in future Mr. & Mrs. Management, so please, no slaps this time, eh?!

Look out 'cos She's signed in at the mo!
When you've finished practising, so to speak, you can always ask one of us to delete the evidence if you don't want to leave it on.

Seems pretty general and we're chatting about it so what's the problem?
On the subject of avatars, I had to get Mr PH to change mine for me this week. I've had dozens on here that I've saved on my computer and then uploaded but this week it wouldn't work. I emailed him for help and he sorted it for me then replied with this message:
"I think that the BB system has been 'updated' and now requires that you upload a picture to be hosted on another website (rather than just on your PC) and that you need to type the full web address in the box for the Avatar...".
I hope this helps if you're having trouble; I have to admit it doesn't mean a lot to me.

Hi Welllie I had trouble with mine at first, I think it is down to the size of the picture in bytes, somewhere in the instructions it tells u the maximume size the avatar can be, if you right click on any picture, the properties tab will tell you it's size, if it is too big, it simply won't appear
Good luck

If that is your problem, go to
http://www.shrinkpictures.com/ (a website supplied by Piglet many moons ago) and shrink it down to "custom" and 120. You may still have to host it somewhere though as mentioned previously.
Good luck

Isn't he just, but don't tell him 'cos he'll have to reverse into his sty (size of head.....small doorway....keep up please.....) and Mrs P may not recognise him at first. Mind you - if she's good with a shotgun, there'll be bacon for all of us!
Oh - hello Piglet - lovely evening isn't it? We were just practising a chorus of 'Happy Birthday to you' in anticipation of July 1st.

Well done Trousers and Wellie, beautiful picture.
Don't let Piglet get too bigheaded otherwise i'll have to re-design my pig trap i'm planning to use at his birthday party.
Now, as someone mentioned bacon, where's the brown sauce

Me, big, headed. Big bellied and fat arsed perhaps but not big heeaded.
Anyway Lizzie, this little piggy is losing weight so you might need to make the pig trap smaller if you dont want me to wriggle out of it.
Wellie and Paul, twas no trouble at all, but I cant remember wellies legs being that thin
