This more a drinking than a culinary query.
Have just opened a Rhubarb Gin gift from Christmas and tried drinking it neat on ice. Delicious but needs to be sipped slowly!! :lol: Very impressed with its subtle flavour. I have some nice rhubarb being currently forced under cover and wonder if anybody has tried making this at home?
Does anybody have a tried and tested recipe?

In this months mag there is an article on Page 82 about Rekha's garden & kitchen diary. There is a pic of her Rhubarb & ginger gin which looks tasty and it says the recipe is on her blog. rekhagardenkitchen.com. Might be worth a look to get started.
