All my garlic has run to seed. Have picked the seed head's. Do I dump them, or will I still get a crop.

Are they hardneck or softneck, and when did you plant them? Just going out to see what mine are doing now you've said that.

the hardneck ones will send up a flower spike, but it's a bit early for that???

Doesn't sound too promising. Mine are hardneck and one is just sending a spike out which is several weeks before I'd expect it.
How big are the cloves, still small? Sometimes they don't divide when they're stressed but if you leave them in you get a clump the following year. I don't usually throw things out unless they're diseased and just wait to see what they do.

I will leave them in, and play it by ear.
