May i be the first of many to wish Lirpa 1 a very Happy Birthday indeed.

And a big thank you for all the laughs, over many, many years.

May I second that, unfortunately I haven't managed to compose a suitable tribute this year but perhaps somebody else will be along shortly, perhaps one of the gardeners from San Serif (if anybody can remember back that far).

Remember that recipe LP did for a Rio Loaf?

I've heard so much about Lirpa 1, I actually feel as if I have missed out. Happy birthday.

To celebrate, I'm off to study a bit of greek mythology with a gala tea. Maybe I'm losing my marbles. (there's cryptic for you )

Did not get gala tea after all, was planning a photographic record but the engine (Galatea) failed without leaving Southall. Train was disappointingly diesel hauled instead.
