Raspberries

my wife has noticed numerous small orange raised spots on the leaves of her raspberry plants,Please can anyone identify this problem and possible suggest a cure? thanks.
It sounds like Raspberry Rust Colin. You can spray with a fungicide if it is really bad, but the canes do usually get on with it to no great ill effect if left alone. Do make sure you clear up all the fallen leaves this autumn as the spores overwinter on these.
