I've got a free trial packet of Rocket Artemis from D.T.Brown. Uncharacteristically I read the instructions.
"Sow outdoors in growing position spacing rows 12" apart, thin to 4" between plants."
We have grown Rocket for years but I've never grown it like this, we grow a dense row 2 to 3" wide and cut it in handfuls.
Does anybody else grow it as individual spaced out plants?
Does it take longer to go to seed like this?

I'm like you Geoff, over sow it into thick clumps. I'm sure there is probably a reason for separate plants but I'm happy with the yield I get so won't be flaffing around with separate plantings.

I'm still cutting from last year's clump. How long will it last before it goes to seed?

Mine have just flowered about 2 weeks ago Retropants. I've used loads of the flowers in salads, but time for them to move over & make room so I pulled them today, but picked off the leaves so have another bowl full for a salad.

Hi,
Like. Everyone else I just sow and pick. Am wondering if not the general instructions for sowing which have been printed and I guess the text book way to grow rocket plants but not if you use as a cut and come again.

I sow all my rocket in a clump (well 2clumps) But I do thin out one section to let it grow, while the other stays as cut and come again

Glad I'm not the only one. I'll try a big plant and see what happens.
