I've been given some plants & some seeds of Wild Garlic. Now I know it spreads so what is the best way to contain it?

Would it grow in a widish pot or can you contain in by a barrier in the ground? I would like to put some at lottie.

I've got so many seeds I'm thinking of throwing them around the woods where I walk the dog, it seems the right environment being shaded by mature trees & moist. (Would this be considered naughty)? Would it take over any other species in the wood?

Westi, I wouldn't sow these seeds in the wild. They have probably been grown somewhere totally different and the plants would then cross with the indigenous ones or even take over - not good for the local species.

Should grow fine in a wide ish pot. Just watch out for it going to seed, seeds can spread miles
