Brings back memories , we used to holiday near llanbedrog years ago , Mr Fox's farm just below the jam pot it's a lovely part of the world ,don't think I fancy an ex toilet block

Many years ago, a gents toilet was converted into a very smart small fish and chip shop in our nearest town, but my OH could never bring himself to buy any food from there!

I had been thinking we should form a collective and make a serious offer on the property Alan first posted.
We can't say we haven't got plenty of experience with bogs between us after all the rain we've had in recent months.
Yesterday I actually clicked the link Alan posted and read the agents description and lo and behold
this morning on my Facebook page a 'sponsored' advert picture of the property appeared placed by the same estate agent, describing the property as a 'Studio Home'
May I suggest we all contribute by placing a penny in the slot below whenever we feel the need, at out combined ages we should raise the required asking price in no time.
I do not think it will be long before we jointly own the property and are feeling flushed with our own success

Certainly back to boggy - 25.5mm already today.
Must take the camera to the similar establishment for sale near us, I'm pretty sure the sign says:
"Use subject to planning"

We could have our very own outward bound centre for aging gardeners, all facilities provided.
Must dash, I feel a contribution to the fund coming on....
