Having held same since it's conception , just had my first win, grand sum of £25. Thought I would go mad and book a cruise on the Woolwich Ferry. First class of course.

That could set off a chain reaction.

Had mine since inception as well, never won a thing.

We have had some premium bonds for years, in fact, one is for £1 which was given to me when our oldest son was born, 54 years ago! But I think we must have some lucky ones, because we tend to get about two wins a year, mostly for £25 but we have had some £50 as well. Maybe one day, we'll hit the jackpot!?

Have had several £25 and a couple of £50s over the years. Have held some single bonds I was about 20 when there was no minimum purchase. Now that certificates for them have been abolished I should think the paper certificates are probably worth more than their face value on eBay!,
Still, hope springs eternal, Not quite sure what I'd do with the £1 million if I ever won it though but it's nice to speculate. Often the things you probably most want are the things that no amount of money can buy .

for instance I would like to be standing next to a Miss World contestant when she says she wants World Peace and to travel the world doing good work for charities.

Golly, a wish list if I won the million, after much thought it would have to be a new yard broom... a better laundry basket... and some of those bamboo woven cloches to keep the chickens off my young plants.
