When you spend more time than normal looking for the product that someone suggested would help you without harming any of the other good bugs.

I'm afraid cook doesn't get so excited about the arrival of the manure, but i always live in hope....

I do so sympathise with you, OH: I love the smell of manure (I know, quite perverse) and when I saw last year that the allotments in our neighbouring village get their manure delivered by the fore-end loader full at the side of each plot, I was so, so jealous ....
Yes, that's when I know I've got the gardening bug ...

You've packed up your gear to go home from the allotment and you just have to stand there taking a last good look at what you've done like it was the Sistine Chapel...

77 tomato plants and 94 chilli/pepper plants...
Frantically putting holes in the bottom of the bulk-buy buckets (for future use).
